Bhubaneswar: April 29: India has 31,787 COVID-19 cases till date and the death toll from the outbreak reached 1008, informed Ministry of Health. 7796 patients have already cured from the disease and in the present scenario, 22,982 active cases are there in the country.
In last 24 hours, 1813 new coronavirus cases and 71 deaths have been reported in India.
Maharashtra continues to be worst affected state with 9318 COVID-19 cases with death toll of 400 around.
Total number of confirmed cases in Gujarat stands at 3774, followed by Delhi with 3314 cases, Madhya Pradesh with 2561 cases, Rajasthan with 2364 cases, Uttar Pradesh with 2115 cases and Tamilnadu with 2058 cases.
