19,357 people cured from COVID-19; taking the recovery rate in India to 30.76%

Bhubaneswar: May 10: Covid-19 confirmed cases in India rose to 62,939 on Sunday and the death toll reached 2109, as informed by Health Ministry.

So far, a total of 19,357 people out of 62,939 COVID-19 confirmed cases have been cured, taking the recovery rate to 30.76%.

In last 24 hours, 1511 patients were found cured.

Since yesterday, an increase of 3,277 cases has been noted.

The number of active Covid-19 cases stood at 41,472.

Maharashtra continues to be the worst-hit State with 20,228 cases, followed by Gujarat (7796), Delhi (6542), Tamilnadu (6535), Rajasthan (3708), Madhya Pradesh (3614) and   Uttar Pradesh (3373).
