Bhubaneswar: February 19: The matriculation certificate will be available online this time, according to a tweet from the Chief Minister’s Office.
All documents with the certificate will be available online to the Students. The decision was taken by the government in the interest of the students. The online Programme has been jointly developed by @SMEOdisha in association with @OCAC_Odisha & NICMeity.
