Bhubaneswar: August 21: Odisha reported 986 new Covid Positive cases in last 24 hours. Of which, 116 cases are under 18 years of age. 531 people in quarantine tested positive and 380 are local contact cases.
Sate also registered 926 new recoveries in last 24 hours.
Total Positive cases in State since the beginning of the pandemic, crossed 10 lakhs. It reached 1000084 today and 983245 people have recovered from the disease so far.
Active cases stands at 9497.
Khurda District remains to be the most-affected district with 352 new cases today.
71,264 tests have been done in last 24 hours and daily positivity rate declines to 1.27 percent in Odisha.
