Odisha recorded 602 new Covid Positive Cases in last 24 hours, pushing State’s total to 10,26,476. On September 27, it was 444 cases and it has been growing since then.
In the same time period, 467 new recoveries have been registered and with this, total recovered cases reached 10,12,583.
Out of 602 cases, 96 are within 18 years of age. Also, 353 people were in quarantine and rest 249 are local contact cases.
Current active caseload stands at 5642.
68,254 tests have been conducted in last 24 hours. Daily Positivity Rate remains at 0.88 per cent.
6 more deaths added to the total and total death toll due to Covid-19 increased to 8198.
