Farmers Start Moving From Delhi Borders After Protest

The official withdrawal of protesters from the four borders of Delhi-NCR has started from Saturday after Samyukta Kisan Morcha announced the suspension of the farmers’ agitation. Since Saturday morning, convoys of farmers’ vehicles have been leaving. The return of farmers has started from the four borders (Singhu, Shahjahanpur, Tikri and Ghazipur) of Delhi-NCR, but it may take a day or two to a week for the traffic to return to normal here.

Farmers were seen packing their bags and moving in tractors  which they have been using for commuting and protesting.

More than a year, they stayed together . Now, as they are moving, they hugged each other and bade good bye.

Farmers are also seen distributing sweets and dancing.

In some places, it is seen, farmers are cleaning the places where they have erected their tents to stay. It is certain that, it will take some more days to vacate the entire border area.

A day before their scheduled departure from the protest sites at Delhi borders, senior farmer leaders and members of Samyukta Kisan Morcha leader Balbir visited Bangla Sahib Gurdwara to offer prayers.
