Daily Covid Cases In Odisha Dip Further; 17 Deaths In A Day
Odisha reported 3086 new covid-19 cases today, taking State’s tally( since the beginning of the pandemic) to 12,52,326.
454 cases are in the age group of 0-18 years’. From 3086 new cases, 1797 people were in quarantine and rest 1289 are local contact cases, said Odisha H & FW Department.
Khurda District reported 652 new cases, followed by Cuttack 325 cases and Sundergarh 216 cases. Three Districts registered below 200 cases each and rest districts reported below 100 cases each.

8181 people recovered from the disease in last 24 hours and with this, total recoveries reached 12,01,546.
17 people succumbed to the disease in 24 hours and with this, total death toll rose to 8629.
Daily Positivity Rate stands at 5.20 per cent.
