Bhubaneswar: September 30: An under-trial prisoner (UTP) was hospitalised today after slitting his genitals inside a jail in Odisha’s Bhadrak district.
Sushant Majhi of the Tihidi region of Bhadrak has been recognised as the injured UTP. According to sources, he was arrested in connection with a domestic violence case.
