Bhubaneswar: The CBI on Monday raided as many as 20 locations to search the operations of Green Ray International Limited (GRIL), a chit fund company, which is alleged to have duped investors to the tune of several crore rupees.
The raids were conducted in Khurda, Balasore, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Nayagrh as well as the locations outside Odisha including New Delhi and Dehradun.
The ponzi company is alleged to have swindled over Rs 500 crore from around 1.5 lakh investors.
