Bhubaneswar: December 18: A vehicle carrying police personnel met with an accident at Bangiriposhi Ghati in Mayurbhanj district on Monday. As sources said, At least 10 police personnel sustained multiple injuries and one of them is said to be critical.
The accident happened while the police van was travelling from Karanjia to Baripada for their scheduled duties. Preliminary reports indicated that the police van collided with a vehicle due to purported brake failure.
All of the injured have been transported to the hospital in Bangiriposhi.
