1, Moon in Saturn star and Saturn in Moon star.
2, Moon in Saturn sub and Saturn in Moon sub.
3, Moon in Saturn star and Moon sub.
4, Saturn in moon star and Saturn sub.
5, Moon and Saturn conjoined in a bhava or sign within 8 degree, (after 8 degree the effect becomes weak).
6, Moon aspects Saturn by 30, 60, 120 or 180 degree ( 30 & 180 degree are important), 30 the 2nd and 180 the 7th aspect.
7, Sat aspects Moon by 30, 60, 120, 180, or 270 degree ( 60, 180 & 270 degree are very very
important), 60 the 3rd , 180 the 7th & 270 the 10th aspect.

Effects of punarphoo
1, Undue delay in marriage if punarphoo is strong.
2, Delay in marriage if punarphoo is moderate.
3, If punarphoo is strong and adverse then marriage is denied.

5, Break in marriage negotiation even after engagement or fixation of dates.
