Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah have presented the real facts of the conspiracy hatched by the Congress against Babasaheb Ambedkar to the people of the country, said Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan here on Wednesday.
“Since the Congress does not have a factual answer on this issue, they are deliberately trying to mislead the people by editing the Home Minister’s video,” Pradhan said responding to the allegation levelled by the Congres. “They will never succeed in this task,” he said.
“Our government has been working tirelessly for the last decade to realise the dream of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. Our government’s flagship programmes like Swachh Bharat, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Jal Jeevan Mission, Ujjwala Yojana, lifting 25 crore people out of poverty, strengthening SC/ST laws and transforming the lives of the poor and marginalised have brought about a change in the lives of the poor and marginalised,” he said.
However, due to the continuous defeats and the frustration of being rejected by the Dalit and backward communities of the country, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi and the Congress party have become a ‘den of lies,’ Pradhan added.
“Congress is now editing its own videos and cheating the people of the country,” the Union Minister added. Pradhan said the Dalit and backward communities of the country are well aware of this anti-Dalit and anti-backward work of the Congress.
“A family that tried to prevent Babasaheb Ambedkar from being elected to Parliament, and conspired to not give him the Bharat Ratna, and the Congress will never be able to hide this crime. Their true face has been revealed in front of the countrymen. He expressed his opinion that the Congress should apologize to the countrymen for its hateful mentality towards Babasaheb,” Pradhan said.
