Bhubaneswar: Odisha Congress on Tuesday rescheduled its padyatra programme on October 14 instead of October 2 on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti.
OPCC president Prasad Harichandan informed that the padyatra will be held in 10 phases. It will continue till April 2016.
In the first phase, the rally will begin from Angul. The party will hold Bijli Satyagrah (power movement) after Dussera, Harichandan said.
