Bhubaneswar, Oct 27: In a shocking incident, a newborn baby girl was found in a dustbin near regional passport office at unit-8 area on Monday evening in the State capital.
The baby was taken to capital hospital in a critical condition. The rescuers said that she had injury marks all over her body.
The newborn’s parents have not been ascertained yet. She was handed over to child line.
