Mumbai, Apr 3: Bollywood item queen, Rakhi Sawant has been issue an arrest warrant by a court here for making derogatory remarks on sage ‘Valmiki’ who had scripted the Hindi mythological epic, the ‘Ramayana’. It so happened that the Valmiki community members had filed a complaint against her on charges of passing comments in a programme on a private TV channel last year following which the arrrest warrant was issued on Mar 9. A team of two member cops has left with the arrest warrant from Ludhiana to Mumbai. Rakhi did not appear at the court on the day of the last hearing, Mar 9 although the court had issued her notices repeatedly. The next hearing is decided to take place on Apr 10.
