Balasore, Mar 23: Yesterday the AGM of B&A packaging company was attacked by some miscreants at the Balgopalpura industrial area here. The name of the AGM is Amal Kumar Mohanty.
As per sources, it so happened that when Amal was returning back home around 4-5 miscreants intercepted his vehicle near Remuna golei and hit him with iron rods. Amal got serious injuries on his head and hands following which he was admitted to the Balasore hospital in a critical state. Although the exact reason behind the attack is yet to ascertained but it is suspected that dismissal of an employee of the staff might have some links with the incident. On the other hand, the cops have started investigation into the matter.
