Bhadrak, Apr 11: Seeing no violence to have been reported here, the district administration decided to extend duration of curfew relaxation by two more hours from 2 pm to 4 pm. Collector, Gyan Ranjan Das informed that upon a review of the situation here, the decision of extending curfew relaxation time has been extended. Medicine stores will remain open till evening because it is very essential for the people. Decision on the restoration of social media, which has been blocked will be considered once peace returns completely and the damage faced by the poor people will be taken care off and necessary compensation will be provided. Revenue Divisional Commissioner (central) AB Ota said at a press meet. Ota also found out in the morning that all schools, colleges had 100% staff attendance even the banks an offices ran smooth but students in schools and colleges were only 30-40 present and he hopes the number would increase in the coming days. Confidence building measures are being taken to restore complete peace in the city and periphery and for this a meeting will be convened with the peace committee very soon where the media will be kept away and the outcome will be later shared at a press conference.
