Bhubaneswar: April 9: Hundreds of youth and students of Congress Party took up a bike rally in the state capital on Saturday demanding the arrest of Biju Chatra Janata Dal (BCJD) state president and MLA Byomkesh Ray for his alleged links with arrested Dhalasamant brothers.The members of the party also attempted to gherao the Commissionerate Police office here but failed to do so because of preventive measures by Police. Their allegation was Police inaction against the BJD MLA even though they have filed a memorandum in this regard 15 days ago. Later, they submitted a memorandum to the Additional Police Commissioner demanding the arrest of the BJD legislator.
