Bhubaneswar, Apr 19: For the two-day state executive meet at Baripada from Apr 22, the BJP is leaving no stone unturned to make it a success so that it can make its grassroots strong here in the state, As always, the party is all set to target the BJD for all the wrong doings in the state. As per official sources, during the state executive meet the party will be implementing the plans decided at the recently concluded National Executive Meet thus raiding the BJD bastions. The blame game seems to have already begun with Jual Oram accusing the BJD for utilizing the centrally sponsored funds for the various welfare schemes in the state. Pointing out the fact, Oram stated that Rs 1500 crores had been allotted to Odisha in the last three years. Although Rs 421.29 crores had been allotted to Odisha for 12 schemes in financial year 2014-15, it used only half of the allocated funds. On the other hand, BJD has refused to accept these allegations. BJD spokesperson, Surya Narayan Patro stated that it is the Centre that is taking too long to give a green signal to the proposals for which the departments are not able to utilize the funds in a proper manner.
