Balasore: April 23: Naveen Patnaik today campaigned for BJD candidates in Balasore and Bhadrak Constituencies. Adressing gatherings at Simulia and Basudevpur, Naveen slammed BJP and said, ‘BJP has lost faith of people during last five years and it has lost Electoral battles in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Punjab’.
Attacking further on BJP, Naveen said, ‘In Gujarat also, it was about to loose. BJP has bagged only 99 seats out of 182 seats of Gujarat Legislative Assembly’.
Predicting further, BJD Supremo said, ‘It wil keep on loosing more and it is loosing across the country’.
Also, he said, ‘Top leaders of BJP remember Odisha only during the Election. They did not come during cyclone, flood and drought like situations. Now they are begging votes by shedding crocodile tears’.
As spoken earlier he said, ’40 Lakh farmers have already benefited from KALIA Scheme. Further, the Government at Centre conspired to stop this Scheme. But, no one can stop KALIA Scheme till I am here. After the BJD government is formed, on day one, all these farmers will get the pending assistance of two installments at a time”.
He appealed the people to cast their vote for Conch Symbol and said, ‘4.5 crores of people of Odisha are my family. I shall serve the people till my last breath’.
