Bhubaneswar, Dec 24: Today the Odisha Chief Minister, Naveen Patnaik will be inaugurating the second unit of the Care Hospitals, a unit of the Hyderabad-based Care Group of Hospitals, at Chandrasekharpur here. This hospital constructed over an area of 3 acre at a cost of Rs 150 crore has got 400 beds in all. In the first phase, 260 beds would be made operational. This was said by the hospital authorities at a Press Meet on Friday. Care Hospitals Bhubaneswar medical director, Mahendra Prasad Tripathy informed that the hospital has been built for patients to have easy access to professional and medical help. The hospital is dedicated to serve the people with superior quality healthcare services providing extra ordinary care. He further also said that the hospital has received a no-objection certificate (NOC) for fire safety.
Care Hospitals is the state’s first ever such hospital to begin a cardiac electro physiology studies programme and it has also come up with an advanced dialysis unit to treat patients suffering from chronic renal failure. The first unit has been operating in the city for over a decade.
