Cuttack, Jan 31: Vigilance officers of Berhampur Division in Ganjam district have arrested on Saturday a Community Development Project Officer Bhagabati Guru working in Jagannathprasad Block for demanding and accepting bribe of Rs.28,000 to appoint an aspirant as Anganwadi worker.
The aspirant Puja Rani Pradhan of Charikonia village under the block had sought the help of the vigilance department.
