Bhubaneswar, Oct 19: Centre has approved suspension of tainted former Kendrapara SP Satish Gajbhiye.
Odisha government on Monday clarified that draft charge frame notice was slapped on the then suspended Gajbhiye.
Gajbhiye has been asked to comply the draft charges within 30 days.
The government had suspended him on August 13 after alleged crackdown on protesters in Kendrapara during mass protest against self-styled godman Sarathi Baba alias Santosh Roul.
