Bhubaneswar: June 13: Council of Higher Secondary Education published the first phase cut-off lists for admission into Plus-II streams, Science, Arts and Commerce today. As per the list, the BJB Junior College here has cut-off marks for Science, Arts and Commerce at 93.10%, 72.76% and 81.70%, respectively. Similarly, the Ravenshwa Junior College’s cut off mark stood at 93%, 71.17% and 79.50% for the three streams, respectively. First phase cut-off marks of Rama Devi Junior College, Bhubaneswar for Science, Arts and Commerce stream are 85.67%, 68.83% and 67.67% whereas cut-off marks of Rajdhani Junior College remains at 83.60%, 66.83% and 72.83%.
This list published for around 4, 00,059 seats for over 1544 colleges in state for which a total of 4, 04,581 candidates have applied. Depending upon the eligibility of the candidate selected students based on the first cut-off list will have to take admission between June 16 and June 21. If a candidate fails to take admission after the publication of first cut-off list then he won’t be allowed to participate in the e-admission process. If a student wishes to change his college even after the classes have started they will have to provide this option at the time of admissions. Three cut-off lists will be published consecutively based on which admissions will happen.
The second list is going to be published on June 25 and the third one is scheduled to come out on July 4 admissions for which will be held between July 8 and July 9.
