BHUBANESWAR, SEPT 21: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik felicitated athlete Jauna Murmu at his residence here on Moday for her remarkable performance at the recently concluded National Open Athletic Championship, and praised her for her achievement.
Jauna won a gold and a silver at the just concluded championship in Kolkata.
Lauding Jauna for her achievement, Patnaik told her that the State was proud for her achieving laurels at the Championship
He hoped that she would continue to bring more laurels to the State.
Sports Minister Sudam Marandi was present on the occasion. Notably, Jauna had earlier won medals in the Commonwealth Games and Asian Games.
