Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister is leaving for Delhi on Wednesday to chair high level meeting with global leaders and delegations ahead of the ‘Utkarsh Odisha: Make in Odisha Conclave.
In order to showcase “vibrant industrial ecosystem and emerging investment opportunities” before the global investors, the Odisha government will host a meeting of ambassadors of various countries here in Delhi on Thursday in the run-up to the state’s flagship business summit.
The event will be attended by ambassadors of various countries, high commissioners, consul generals, trade commissioners, and senior diplomats from across the globe.
The strategic engagement aims to forge stronger international partnerships and highlight Odisha’s position as a key player in India’s industrial resurgence.
The discussions will focus on Odisha’s industrial potential, enabling policies, ease of doing business and ongoing initiatives to foster an investor-friendly environment.
Informing media persons on the Chief Minister’s Delhi visit Industries Secretary Hemant Sharma said, that the CM will personally invite global stakeholders to participate in the Utkarsh Odisha: Make in Odisha Conclave 2025, to be held on January 28 and 29 2025 in Bhubaneswar.
During the Ambassadors’ meet, G2B (Tovernment to Business) meetings are scheduled and the Chief Minister will meet industrial tycoons from various sectors. The Odisha government will also host an interactive session with the Chief Minister targeting industries to come and invest in Odisha from the Delhi NCR region.
