Bhubaneswar: June 02: India has registered 8171 new COVID-19 cases in last 24 hours. Now, the total cases in the country has gone up to 1,98,706 cases. The number of deaths due to novel coronavirus climbed to 5598 in the country on Tuesday with 204 more fatalities.
As per today’s data, 95,526 persons have already cured from the disease and 97,581 patients are under medical supervision.
Maharashtra has 70,013 cases so far, followed by Tamilnadu (23,495), Delhi (20,834), Gujarat (17,200), Rajasthan (8980), Madhya Pradesh (8283), Uttar Pradesh (8075) and West Bengal (5772).
