Cyclonic Storm Gulab to cross North Andhra Pradesh & South Odisha Coasts
The Cyclonic Storm GULAB (pronounced as Gul-Aab) centered over North-West and adjoining West-Central Bay of Bengal, about 130 km East-NorthEast of Kalingapattnum and 110 km of South-East of Gopalpur.
It is likely to nearly Westwards and cross North Andhra Pradesh and South Odisha Coasts between Kalingapatnaum and Gopalpur as a cyclonic storm with maximum sustained wind speed of 75-85 Km per hour gusting to 95 Km per hour by mid-night of Sunday. The landfall process shall commence from evening.

26th September: Light to moderate rainfall at most places with heavy to very heavy falls at few places & extremely heavy rainfal at isolated places very likely over South Odisha and North Coastal Andhra Pradesh at isolated places is also likely over Telangana and heavy falls at isolated places over North Interior Odisha & Chhattisgarh.
27th September: Light to moderate rainfall at most places with heavy to very heavy & extremely heavy rainfall at isolated places very likely over South Chhattisgarh; Heavy to very heavy falls at isolated places over Odisha, Telangana & Vidarbha and heavy rainfall at isolated places over coastal West Bengal & North Chhattisgarh.
