Bhubaneswar: April 27: Netrananda Dandasena, the convict of Itishree Pradhan murder case started a fast-unto-death today to protest against the verdict pronounced by District and Sessions Court of Rayagada, Odisha.
Rayagada Confirming the information, Raygada Sub-Jail Superintendent Raj Kishore Nayak said that Dandasena submitted a written petition in this context today.
He has mentioned in the petition that, he will continue with the fast until an impartial enquiry is conducted.
His daughter Rosy Dandasena and counsel Bishnu Prasad Panda have already said that they will appeal against the order in the higher court.
