Bhubaneswar: May 26: DAV Public School, Chandrasekhar has once again proved its excellence in CBSE Class 12 results published today with highest school average. In the science stream, out of 375 students, 374 students passed where the school average lands at a whopping 84.90. Total 369 students secured more than 60% marks, 159 students (42.40%) secured more than 90 % marks and 29 students more than 95% marks. A.B Satya Prakash and Somnath Jena with 487 marks (97.4%) emerged as the school topper jointly followed by Anubhav Saboth with 486 marks (97.2% marks) as second and Debashree Mohanty, Pratik Priyadarshan and Meghna Mishra all with 485 marks (97%) stood at 3rdin the school. The School average in almost all subjects crossed more than 85 where in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Physical Education a number of students secured full 100 marks.
In Commerce stream, out of 60 students 59 students passed out of which 56 students secured more than 60%, 7 students more than 90% and 37 students secured more than 75% marks. Raghav Tekariwal with 476 marks (95.2%) as school topper followed by Kanhaiya Dhanuka with 475 marks (95%) as second and Divyajyoti Patra with 474 marks (94.8%) stood as 3rd in the school.
Likewise, in Humanities stream all 18 students passed out of which 17 students have been placed in 1st class, 4 students secured more than 90% marks, 10 students secured more than 75 % marks. BN Sreevishesa with 487 marks (97.4%) stood as school topper followed by Anwesh Mishra with 482 marks (96.4%) as second and Leena Sharma with 466(93.2%) marks stood as 3rd in the school. The school averages in commerce and Humanities are 77.22 and 77.36 respectively. The school authorities congratulated all the meritorious students for the praiseworthy results.
