Tirtol, Mar 10: Today a decomposed body of an unknown woman was with her hands and legs tied was found locked in a steel trunk in Dhalatangagada forest under Tirol police limits of Jagatsinghpur. The cops this morning in presence of the Magistrate unlocked the trunk and recovered the body woman wearing a salwar kameez. It was yesterday evening that some locals sighted the trunk and immediately complained of a foul odour coming from it following which two constables were made to station there. It’s stated that the young woman was an outsider as no missing report of her’s was filed at the Tirtol PS. However, a report was registered with the local police on missing of a young man. Investigation has begun into the incident and the body has been sent for post-mortem
