Bhubaneswar, Dec 29: Following a defamation case filed by BMC Mayor Ananta Narayan Jena against NSUI Odisha President Itish Pradhan and niankhuta.com owner Pradip Pandey, the duo appeared before the chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) court on Wednesday.
The video was taken two years back and the matter was disclosed to me by Ashutosh Mohanty aka Rishi, Itiish informed.
After the forensic examination the real face of the person in the video will come out, he added.
Besides that, Pandey also stated that he has some document regarding the murder case.
It may be noted that, on December 16, a defamation suit and criminal case was filed against both Pradhan and Pandey by the Mayor Ananta Narayan Jena after the controversial sex video in which he is allegedly involved, came to lime light
