Delay in probe of Black stole event, BJP declares 12-hour Bandh in Sundargarh

Sundargarh, Dec 13: Delay in investigation into pulling black stoles from women at CM’s meet in Sundargarh on December 4, has led the District Congress Committee and the Rourkela Congress Organizational District to declare a 12-hour Bandh in the district tomorrow.

Addressing a press meet the Sundargarh DCC president Dushmant Nayak on Monday night said, no action has been taken till date despite the order given by the CM to the district admin and the police to probe into the incident.

The District BJP activists and members will observe the Bandh in a very democratic manner, with the support of the people of Sundargarh district who will support to the Bandh, where all educational institutions, government and private offices, business establishments and shops will remain closed, vehicular movement will also be checked, said sources.
