Exchange of fire at Rayagada border: Maoist camp devastated

Rayagada, Apr 28: In an outstanding joint combing operation by Jawans, District voluntary forces (DVF) and police, a maoist camp at the Ambadala forest on Rayagada-Kandhamal border has been massively destroyed, late last night. As of the latest reports, that came, the operation is still continuing with exchange of fire between the forces and the Maoists.

Notably, there were around 15-20 maoists in the group. Though the exchange of fire is still continuing, huge amounts of arms and ammunition have been seized from the spot, said sources.
