Manado, Oct 26: At least 12 people were killed and several others were injured in a major fire at a bar in Manado in Indonesia.
The fire broke out due to electrical short-circuit on the second floor at karaoke bar after Sunday midnight.
As the fire was spread, the corridors and rooms were filled with thick black smoke. TV reports said that most of the people died due to smoke inhalation.
The wounded people have been taken to the hospitals for treatment. The government has ordered a probe into the cause of the fire.
