Fog continue to prevail in Odisha in the wee hours; MeT Office

Bhubaneswar, Feb 2: According to the MeT, Moderate to dense fog prevailed over most places over Coastal Odisha and some parts over Interior Odisha. Weather has been dry over Odisha. Minimum temperatures observed no large change over Odisha. They were above normal over North Coastal Odisha and normal over rest Odisha. Having a clear sky with a moderate to dense fog in the morning, Odisha’s capital city is likely to experience in the next 24 hours a maximum and minimum temperature of 32 degree Celsius and 19 degree Celsius respectively on Friday.

The relative humidity will be 100 percent at its maximum and 39 percent at its minimum, as said by the MeT. On Thursday,Sunday and Monday moderate to dense fog likely to prevail over parts of Odisha. All other days, weather to be dry in Odisha. As per the weather forecasters, there will continue to be a morning fog till Feb 9.

For the farmers, weather to be sunny in parts of Odisha but moderate to dense fog likely to prevail over parts of Odisha. The highest maximum temperature of 34.20C was recorded Malkangiri and the lowest minimum temperature of 10.00C was recorded at Sundergarh in the plains of Odisha.
