Nation Bids Farewell with Gen Bipin Rawat Amar Rahe
Mortal remains of CDS Bipin Rawat and his wife Madhulika Rawat brought to Brar Square crematorium, Delhi Cantonment. Nation says final goodbyes to CDS Gen Bipin Rawat. Both were cremated on the same pyre.
First CDS Gen Rawat’s last rites were performed along with his wife Madhulika Rawat, who too lost her life in Tamil Nadu Chopper Crash. Their daughters Kritika and Tarini performed their last rites.

A huge crowd paid tribute to the top army officer. People showered flowers on the whole way and ran with the tricolor along with the dead body. Keep raising slogans – ‘General Bipin Rawat Amar Raheh’. Even during the funeral, Army Cantt resonated with the slogans of Bharat Mata Ki Jai.
The three Chiefs of Army Staff and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh paid their last respects to General Rawat.
