Bhubaneswar, Mar 16: Taking up the issue of the attack on BJP VP Samir Mohanty at Sambalpur on March 12, BJP national secretary Suresh Pujari and suspended party leader Jayanarayan Mishra had a grand war of words.
Speaking his words, Pujari said, the attack on Mohanty was a shameful act & a crime and also an utter example of lack of discipline.
Replying to the former, Mishra named Pujari a Conspirator. “From the day he joined BJP, he has always conspired against someone or the other”, added Mishra.
Notably, BJP State Vice President Samir Mohanty on Sunday the 12th of March was at Sambalpur, acting as an observer for the ZP Chairman elections. Dissatisfying to the party’s decision of nomination of party candidate in the ZP chairman election, two groups of BJP got into a fight in which Mohanty was attacked.
Later Party chief Basant Panda Suspended Mishra and 10 others on various grounds for six years.
