England ended the 3rd day with 78/4. Soon as the game resumed today the wickets started falling but after the arrival of Hameed, the match took control with Hameed and Root’s partnership but soon Root was disqualified for 78 and tension flew over the team as wickets fall on.

Ashwin’s 3 wicket hit with Jadeja, Shami and Jayant contributing to 2 wickets each made Indian batsmen to pad up quick and finish quick to enjoy the fifth day chilling out at Mohali.

Though it seems tough for England to comeback but they can still retain the Anthony De Mello Trophy if they win the next two matches to be played at Mumbai and Chennai.
