Indian Women Make Us Proud, Winning Against Pakistan

Bangkok, Nov 29: The Indian Women’s Cricket Team on Tuesday took charge over and won the twenty20 match with Pakistan at Bangkok by 5 wickets

The Asian Cricket Council Women’s Twenty20 Asia Cup rushed through its 7th Match between India and Pakistan on Nov 29, 2016 at the Asian Institute Of Technology Ground at Bangkok.

The Pakistan team managed to score 97 runs in 20 overs with remaining 3 wickets in hand, where Ayesha Jafar and Nain Abidi (not out) scored 28 and 37 respectively. Indian bowler E bisht took 3 wickets where Patil and Kaur managed to take 2 each.

The Indian innings started with openers, captain Mithali Raj Scoring 36 in 61 deliveries and Smriti Mandhana Scoring 14 in 26 deliveries, while Harmanpreet Kaur (not out) led the match to win in the last over of the day with 4 balls remaining. Kaur scored an unbeatable 26 of 31 deliveries.

It’s a great day for India as both the Indian cricket teams (men and women) are making Indian Proud, one winning at Mohali against England and the other at Bangkok.
