Delhi: August 01: Today also, India recorded more new Covid Positive Cases than the recovered cases. 41,831 news cases were found whereas 39,258 patients recovered in last 24 hours. Accordingly, there is little growth in active cases number today. India’s Active caseload remains at 4,10,952, which constitute 1.30% of total cases.
The Country has registered 3,08,20,521 recoveries so far whereas the total caseload increased to 3,16,55,824. Recovery Rate currently stands at 97.36%.
Weekly Positivity Rate remains currently at 2.42% whereas Daily positivity rate stands at 2.34%.
The death toll climbed to 4,24,351 with 541 daily fatalities.
As informed by Health Ministry, 47.02 Cr. Vaccine Doses administered so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive.
Kerala continues to report half of the total cases in the country and it has imposed a complete lockdown during the weekend.
