India’s COVID-19 cases cross 6 lakh mark

Bhubaneswar: July 02: India has recorded 19,148 COVID-19 cases in 24 hours. Total conformed cases in the Country jumped to 6,04,641.

On the other side, 3,59,859 patients have already recovered from the disease so far and 2,26,947 cases are active.

11,881 patients have recovered from the disease during last 24 hours and the recovery rate has further improved and it is now 59.51%.

434 persons have died during last 24 hours, taking India’s death toll to 17,834.

Among States, Maharashtra continues to be the worst-hit state with 1,80,298 COVID positive cases and 8053 fatalities so far.

Tamilnadu is having 94,049 cases till date with 1264 deaths and Delhi has 89,802 cases so far with 2803 deaths.
