Bhubaneswar, Sept 9: Rainfall has occurred at a few places over Odisha with heavy rainfall at one or two places over North Interior Odisha Odisha. Odisha’s capital city is likely to experience in the next 24 hours rainfall of 4.2mm along with thundershowers thus having a maximum and minimum temperature of 31 degree Celsius and 25 degree Celsius respectively on Saturday having a cloudy atmosphere all around.
The relative humidity will be 93 percent at its maximum and 75 percent at its minimum, as said by the MeT Sub-Division.
On coming Sunday and Wednesday, Interior Odisha will be having very heavy showers and on coming Saturday and Monday, heavy rainfall is likely to occur in South Odisha. On Tuesday, North Odisha will incur heavy showers.
On the basis of weather report submitted by the MeT officials, there is no significant change in the climate as of now.
The highest maximum temperature of 33.0oC was recorded at Balasore and the lowest minimum temperature of 20.5oC was recorded at Sundergarh in the plains of Odisha.
