Keonjhar, May 22: Last night, the Barbil police arrested three persons for their alleged involvement in IPL betting here. The police conducted a raid on a tip and arrested the accused from a hardware shop near Tarini temple here. They also seized Rs 2.4 lakh cash and seven mobile phones from their possession. Two others managed to flee. This happened when the finals between Rising Pune Supergiant and Mumbai Indians was going on. The police are searching the absconded betters.
