Bhubaneswar, Jan 27: Students of Maharishi Public School, located in the Nayapalli Area of State Capital, Bhubaneswar celebrated the 68th Republic Day with much jubilation yesterday in their school campus. Film Maker and Media Personality, Rakesh Mohanty joined the celebration as Chief Guest and unfurled the tricolour. Promoter and Director of Maharishi Public School, Hena Mohapatra spoke on the importance of the day while the Chief Guest briefed the students on the freedom struggle on the whole. Besides, others such as BMC Corporator, Manasirani Sundaray joined the event as Guest of Honour and interacted with the students on the ‘instrument of Governance.’ Students exhibited various skills of art to entertain the guests and dignitaries.
