Bhubaneswar, Aug 12: It’s said that the ‘Make in India’ conference which is to be held here in December 1 and 2 this year will be focusing on the ‘Make in Odisha’ campaign. On attending a preparatory meeting for the conference, Chief Secretary, Aditya Prasad Padhi informed that the state government aims to attract more investments and development through this ‘Make in Odisha’ campaign.
Notably, the Central government plans to organize a ‘Make in India’ conference in Bhubaneswar in the first week of the December month as requested by the Odisha Government. It would be organized by the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) of the Union Ministry of Commerce and Industry to attract investment to Odisha as well as the country.
