Ingredients:

– 100 g of raisins
– 150 g of walnuts
– 100 g of almonds
– Peel of two lemons
– 100 g of dried apricots
– 100 g of dried prunes
– 250-300 g of honey

Preparation:

Grind raisins, walnuts, almonds and lemon peel. To the mixture, add juice of two lemons, of which you previously grind the peel. All mix well. To this mixture add dried prunes and dried apricots. Once again all mix well. At the end of the mixture, add honey and stir again. Leave all to stand in a dark place 1-2 days. Jar with ‘vitamin bomb’ keep in the fridge.

Eating:

Children older than 3 years can consume one tablespoon twice a day.
