Bhubaneswar: Odisha government has roped in SBI capital markets ltd as transaction advisor for auction of mines in State which is to kick off from December.
The mines auction will take place as per the Central guidelines.
Sources said, the auction process for 10 mines have already been completed, which includes 4 irone ore, 4 lime stone, 4 lime stone, one bauxite amd one manganese mines. The Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS) survey and other ancillary processes are in final stages.
The Centre has recommended the appointment of the transaction advisor in this regard.
The State government has also appealed to Centre for allowing another 50 mines to the extraction stage.
