Udala, May 30: Last night a minor girl has been allegedly gang-raped by three youngsters at Badabisol village here under Kaptipada police limits in Mayurbhanj. While she was sleeping, the three culprits dragged her and forcefully took her out of home to a nearby canal where they raped her. The name of the three accused are Serala Murmu, Krushna Murmu and Madhia Murmu and they belong to the same village. They have been detained. The statement of the rape survivor will be recorded after a medical examination. The mother of the victim also stated that her daughter was also given death threats if she would bring the matter in the open.
