Sundargarh, Nov 5: Last night, unidentified miscreants killed a woman identified as Iliseba Bhengara inside her house at Patratoli village under Nuagaon block in Sundargarh district.
As per reports, at around 9.30 pm last night, five unidentified miscreants came on bikes and searched for Bhengara at her house. After they found her, the youths and the woman had an exchange of words after which they opened fire at her. After committing the crime, they fled from the spot.
The woman sustained bullet injuries on her abdomen and back due to which she died on the spot.
The police on receiving the information reached the spot and after registering a case, began the investigation into the incident. The police seized the body and sent it for post-mortem.
